The DHY-200 hydraulic busbar processing machine, it is a combinated work table for hydraulic bending, cutting and hole punching. Complete set of DHY-200 hydraulic processing machine, including 5 main working units:

- CB-200A hydraulic bender, for bending copper busbar max upto 12mm thickness and 200mm of width.

- CWC-200 hydraulic cutter, for cutting max up to 12mm thickness and 200mm of width for copper busbar.

- CH-70 hydraulic hole puncher, with 35 ton punching force, punching max up to 12mm thickness with 110mm of punching throat depth.

- M4101 electric motor hydraulic pump power pack, standard 10000Psi pressure, 8000cc of oil tank, 0.75KW of working rate. Working as hydraulic source for bending, cutting and hole punching.

- Control valve, with one in and 3 out, one in means one hydraulic hose for oil pumping in, three out means three separate hoses for different working units:bending, cutting and hole punching.

For standard, we offer 6 round sizes hole punch dies for machine, 7mm, 9mm, 10.5mm, 13.5mm, 17mm, 20.5mm

Other sizes such as 4.2mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, 5.5mm, 6mm, 6.5mm, .... for selection.
